Listed below are some of our most fequently asked questions about our handmade range along with our answers. If you have a query regarding a topic not covered please use the email address at the bottom of this page to send us your question and we will try to answer within 24 hours.
Can we come and discuss our requirements with you?
Yes. As I work from home you are more than welcome to come along for a coffee and a chat to discuss your personal requirements.
All our products will be available for you to look at along with colour charts for motifs, etc... If you have already ordered samples from us and you require alterations please bring them with you along with any other relevant information.
Do you cater for same sex Civil Partnership Ceremonies?
Yes. All our the wording in our invitations can be taylored to your specific requirements. We can suggest wording for you or
print your own wording if you have something specific in mind.
How much will our stationery cost?
This will depend on the design, quantity and any optional extras you may require. There are no hidden costs and all prices can be found in the price lists along with several special offers.
Quotes can be provided by email or post.
Can we pay for our order with a Credit/Debit Card?
Our prefered method of payment is by cheque but card payments can be made online with Pay Pal. Card payments will incur a surcharge. Let us know if you prefer this method of payment so the surcharge can be added to your invoice.
If you have a Pay Pal account, go to the Pay Pal website, open your account and use the "Send Money" option to pay us your invoice amount. This will include a 3.4% surcharge. You can use either of our email address to send us payment.
If do not have an account Pay Pal will send you a "Money Request" email on our behalf requesting payment of your invoice. This will include a 7.2% surcharge. The email you receive from Pay Pal will include a link to their website where you can follow the on line payment instructions.
Opening your own account is FREE and is accepted on many other websites including Ebay.
Do you export orders?
Yes we do. We use UPS couriers which can be expensive but their service is extremely reliable. We have used cheaper couriers in the past but we had orders delayed, delivered damaged and even lost altogether. Planning your wedding is stressful enough without any added complications so you can trust UPS to take care of your parcel.
Our wedding colour is not mentioned as an option for any of your designs. What do you suggest?
The range of colours for our designs is quite extensive however in the grand scheme of things I feel it is far better to choose the right design for your wedding rather than one which matches the colour of your bridesmaids dresses. Neutral all white or all ivory with a hint of silver or gold may sound boring but it looks stunning.
Do we have to buy the whole stationery package from you or can we just buy individual items such as the Guest Book?
All our items are sold individually so wether you buy your invitations from us or someone else you can still buy our accessories, thank you cards, etc...

When do we need to order our stationery?
The short answer is as soon as possible. We may be a small company but we are a very busy one and it may be necessary for you to accept delivery of your order slightly early due to so many clients getting married at the same time.
Use the following as a rough guide -
Save the date Cards - 10/12 months before the wedding
Invitations & Reply Cards - No later than 15/16 weeks before the wedding
Order of Service, Place Cards, Guest Books, etc. - No later than 8/9 weeks before the wedding
Thank you Cards - No later than 8 weeks after the wedding
Samples should be ordered a good 8 weeks in advance of your final order but we would recommend ordering these asap regardless of wether your wedding date is next year or the year after. It will be less stressful for you if you decide on your stationery design sooner rather than later when things may be getting a bit hectic.
If you have already missed these deadlines don't panic contact us straight away and we will do our best to accomodate your requirements.
Do you have a minimum order policy?
No. All our items can be ordered on an idividual basis so you only pay for the items you require.
