Save the Date Cards
Sending these cards to your friends and family is a lovely way to announce your coming wedding. If your wedding is planned for the Summer months sending these cards inadvance of your invitations allows guests to book their Summer holidays before or after your special day.

Invitations
Most of our designs can be produced as either square or tall invitations depending on your preference. We also have a choice of wording for both day and evening invites but if you have something specific in mind we can print that for you instead. Writing guests names into wedding invitations can be a daunting task for anyone which is why we'll do it for you at no extra cost. We can even print their addresses on the envelopes and post them if you like (small charge applies here)
Square - 144 x 144mm Tall - 210 x 106mm

Invitation Postal Boxes
These white boxes are available for both square and tall invitations and both come with clear security tags to seal the box lid. These boxes are ideal for some of our chunkier designs such as Sandon, Lou Lou, Grace and Carmen. Please note envelopes are not supplied with boxed invitations.
Boxes fit the above invitation sizes.

Reply Cards
Although a small item, reply cards have such a big role to play. When it comes to planning your catering and organising your reception you will need to know how many guests have accepted your kind invitation. Sending a reply card with a rsvp date is the best way to ensure you have this vital information. You need to make it as easy as possible for your guests to respond so we print your rsvp address on the envelopes free of charge. Don't assume that your guests will go out and buy an acceptance/decline card. Square - 123 x 123mm Tall - 180 x 85mm

Order of Service
An essential item for a church ceremony especially if the congregation is to play a part in the service. It will also act as a promt for anyone giving a reading. The content of your Order of Service will provide all the details of your ceremony including the wording for prayers and hymns so there will be no need for hymn books. All Order of Service booklets have a white or ivory silk tassel.
210 x 148mm

Order of the Day
If you are having a Civil Ceremony or Civil Partnership you will not require an Order of Service but you will need to inform guests of how the days events will unfold. Information contained in your Order of the Day will essentially be times and locations relating to specific events such as the ceremony itself, the photography session, the wedding breakfast and speeches, evening buffet and bar details. It also gives you the oppertunity (at no extra cost) to print a quote, poem or thank you message to the people who have helped to make your day so special. 210 x 148mm

Menus
If you have a selection of dishes for your guests to choose from the reason for having a menu is obvious but even if you have a set menu your guests will appreciate knowing in advance what is being served. Our tall menu cards will add extra impact to your tables but you may opt for an individual menu. If your guests have pre-selected their starter, main course and dessert then this is the ideal way of reminding them of that choice.
Tall - 270 x 108mm Individual - 115 x 90mm

Place Cards & Name Tags
Place cards are the traditional way to allocate your guests to specific seats. A more contemporary method is to use a name tag. These tags with short ribbon ties can be placed inside wine glasses, tucked into folded napkins or simply placed next to dessert cutlery. As an optional extra you can have longer lengths of ribbon to tie to a rolled napkin, a fresh cut flower, cutlery or wine glass stem.

Seating Plans
To avoid confusion at your wedding breakfast you need a seating plan allocating each guest to a specific table. The transition from ceremony to wedding breakfast will flow much easier if people know where they are going before they enter the room. Our standard symetrical layout for a seating plan has the top table at the top with guests tables placed in rows underneath. Or if you prefer your seating plan can reflect the layout of the room, however this will probably result in a random layout. You may also choose from rectangular or round panels to represent your guests tables. Framed - 850 x 650mm Unframed - 800 x 600mm

Escort Cards
As an alternative to a seating plan escort cards in envelopes are laid on a table. Each envelope has a guests name/couples name and inside is a card stating which table they are sitting at. Guests are usually requested to collect their escort card before entering the room.
Square - 123 x 123mm Tall - 180 x 85mm

Table Name or Number Cards
You can't have a seating plan or escort cards without table cards as the two work together. Tables can be numbered or named but take into consideration the length of names you choose because the longer the name the smaller the writing. We are unable to provide stands for our standard table cards however most venues will be able to provide these, if not you will need our free standing tall table cards. Both types are double-sided.
