Save the Date Cards

Sending these cards to your friends and family is a lovely way to announce your
coming wedding. If you plan to invite guests from far and wide it also gives people
plenty of time to make any necessary arrangements such as travel, accomodation,
etc.... If your wedding is booked during the summer months sending these cards
in advance of your invitations allows guests to plan their holidays before or after
the special day not during.

Invitations

Most designs can be produced as either square, tall/slim or scroll invitations
depending on your preference.
We also have a choice of wording for both day and evening invitations but if you
have something specific in mind we can print that for you instead.
Writing wedding invitations can be a daunting task for anyone so as an optional
extra we can print your guests names in each of the invitations and print their
addresses on the envelopes. All you have to do is put the stamps on and post!

Postal Boxes

These white boxes are available for both square and tall/slim invitations and both
sizes come with clear security tags. Please note that envelopes are not supplied
with boxed invitations. We also supply white outer postal boxes for our scroll
invitations. These have tuck lock fastenings and do not require security tags.

Reply Cards

Although such a small item your relpy cards have such a big role to play. When it
comes to planning your catering and organising your reception you will need to
know how many guests have accepted your kind invitation. Sending a reply card
with an rsvp date is the best way to ensure you have all this vital information. You
need to make it as easy as possible for your guests to respond so as an optional
extra you can have your rsvp address printed on the envelopes. Don't assume that
your guests will go out and buy an acceptance/decline card.

Order of Service

An essential item for a church ceremony especially if the congregation is to play
a part in the service. It also will act as a prompt for anyone giving a reading.
The content of your Order of Service will provide all the details of your ceremony
including the wording of prayers and hymns so there will be no need for Hymn
Books.

Order of the Day

If you are having a civil ceremony or civil partnership you will not require an Order
of Service but you will need to inform your guests of how the days events will
unfold. Information contained in your Order of the Day will essentially be times and
locations relating to specific events such as the ceremony itself, the photography
session, the wedding breakfast & speeches, evening buffet and bar details. It
also gives you the oppertunity (at no extra cost) to print a quote, poem or thank
you message to the people who have helped to make your day so special.

Menus

If you have a selection of dishes for your guests to choose from the reason for
having a menu is obvious but even if you have a set menu your guests will
appreciated knowing in advance what is being served. Our tall menu cards will
add extra impact to your tables but you may opt for an individual menu. If your
guests have pre-selected their starter, main course and dessert then this is an
ideal way of reminding them of that choice.

Place Cards & Name Tags

Place cards are the traditional way to allocate your guests to specific seats. A more
contemporary method is to use a name tag. These tags with short ribbon ties can
be placed inside wine glasses, tucked into folded napkins or simply placed next to
dessert cutlery. As an optional extra you can have longer lengths of ribbon to tie
to a rolled napkin, a fresh cut flower, cutlery or stem of a wine glass.

Seating Plan

To avoid confusion at your wedding breakfast you need a seating plan
allocating each guest to a specific table. The transition from ceremony to
reception will flow much easier if people know where they are going
before they enter the room. Our standard symetrical layout for a seating plan
is to have the top table at the top with the guests tables placed in rows
underneath or your seating plan can reflect the layout of your room, this
however will probably result in a random layout. You may also choose from
rectangular or round panels to represent your guests tables. Round panels do
take up more room on the plan so if you have more than 7 guest tables we may
not be able to fit them in. Seating plans are available with or without a gold or
silver frame. Framed Seating Plans measure 88 x 68 cms.

Table Name/Number Cards

You can't have a seating plan without table cards as the two work together. Tables
can be numbered or named but take into consideration the length of the names you
choose because the longer the name the smaller the wrting. We are unable to
supply stands for our table cards however most venues will be able to provide
these, if not you will need our tall table cards. These are free standing and the
same height as our tall menu cards. Both types are double sided.

Favours

Favours are small gifts given to wedding guests as a token of appreciation from
the Bride & Groom. Traditionally these were 5 sugared almonds symbolic of
health, wealth, happiness, fertility and long life. Our favour cubes are filled with 3
milk chocolate hearts wrapped in coloured tissue paper. The After Eight boxes
have 3 After Eight mints and the children's clown boxes are filled with either jelly
beans or 2 milk chocolate hearts.
Lottery ticket envelopes are a contemporary alternative as are our tags for
alcohol miniatures.

Gift Boxes

If you have gifts in mind for those who have helped make your day special then you'll
need something special to put them in. Our gift boxes are made from ivory linen
embossed board and come with organza ribbon, embellished gift tag and tissue
paper.
Small gift box - 10 x 10 x 9 cms
Large gift box - 16.5 x 16.5 x 14 cms
Both boxes come flat pack and are very easy to assemble. No glue or scissors
required.

Camera Cards

If you're having disposable cameras on your guests tables it's a good idea to let
them know it's not a gift for them to take home. Having one of these cards with each
camera will ensure your guests take lots of fabulous snap shots and leave the used
camera on the table for you to collect at the end of the night.
